Personal Information

If you are registering as an author, please enter the id of your accepted paper(s) as mentioned in the notification e-mail you received.

If you require a formal invitation to the conference in order to apply for a visa, please indicate this. Non-authors will receive their invitation by e-mail after payment has been received. If you are unsure whether you require a visa, see the travel page.

Fees

Registered participants may freely attend all ECML and PKDD sessions, as well as workshops and tutorials. All coffee breaks, receptions and the banquet are included and the full conference proceedings, workshop proceedings, and tutorial notes will be made available on a USB memory stick to all participants. If you wish to receive the proceedings or notes in print as well, please indicate this below.

The Banquet on Wednesday, September 17 and the two Poster Receptions on Tuesday, September 16 and Thursday, September 18 are included in the regular registration. Additional food tickets for accompanying persons are available at € 80 per ticket.
